Can you paint a wallpapered wall that is prefab on a modular home?
Modular Home Questions October 13th, 2009I want to paint over wallpapered pre-fab walls on a modular home or trailer without taking the wall paper off and if so how do you do it? What kind of paint would I use?

You sure can…. just use a good primer on it and if you’d even like to put wallpaper over it, then use sizing. Good luck!

If the wallpaper was factory applied and it is in good condition it is paintable.
Go to a good paint store and ask them to recommend the type of undercoat you need and go from there.
