Can we put a mobile home on our property?
Manufactured Homes February 1st, 2010We have 2.5 acres in ohio with a house and a horse barn. The property is actually two separate lots. I was wondering if we would be allowed to put a mobile home on the barn lot and who to talk to about this. I would like to use it as a photography studio or possibly let my friend rent the mobile home. How do I do this?

Talk to the zoning board or whatever it’s called in your city, town, or county. What you can or can’t put on your land and whether you can rent it out or run a business there is all regulated strictly by local law.
