Are there any companies that offer/build prefab, kit, or modular modern homes in Indianapolis, Indiana?
Modular Home Questions August 2nd, 2009I am essentially in search for a one-story loft feel in a home, something around 1200 sq. ft. I cannot find any companies that are willing to build in Indianapolis.

I’m sorry that I do not know if there are any modular home lots in Indianapolis, Indiana but there are MANY websites online which you can view not only photos but also virtual tour type video clips of the interiors on some homes. Many of those sites are the manufacturers who provide the homes to the lots. They will have links to retailers near you and even if they don’t carry the exact home, if they carry that ‘brand’ they can order it for you.
The article I wrote below has photos of the modular home I am purchasing. My 2nd such home.
